Up Your Energy Rating
Every home that is being taken to market is required to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and this can be improved by replacing some appliances to achieve a higher rating. Upgrading an old boiler or installing a modern system, insulating the property and replacing light bulbs with energy efficient ones can all help with this.
