I was very impressed with Holden Copley. Every member of staff I had contact with during a 7 month process was wonderful. They were super friendly and helpful from valuation through to completion. We sold AND bought through Holden Copley and this proved useful in negotiations. All the staff are highly professional and motivated. Sheryl in particular held my hand through a long and drawn out process and was always cheerful even when I was stressed. There were times when my partner and I felt like giving up due to what seemed to be endless obstacles put in the way by solicitors. We had never bought a Leasehold property before and hadn't understood all the implications but Sheryl was very supportive in helping us to understand and consider these. She was truly amazing in her relentless pursuit of all the solicitors and other parties involved to enable the exchange and completion on our sale and purchase.I am glad we stuck it out as we have ended up in a lovely apartment that we really love. I really would recommend Holden Copley thoroughly. They are competitively priced and provide an excellent and personal service. A truly wonderful experience. I am singing Holden Copley's praises to everyone. I found myself in a "nightmare" chain. Sheryl was fabulous. I'm sure without her dedication and persistence I would still not be in my new home. Communication from everyone I had contact with was excellent. My calls were promptly returned, I was kept up to date on sale progress and even when progress got stuck further down the chain I was kept well informed so my anxieties were kept to a minimum. I would definitely use Holden Copley again and in an industry of mediocre estate agents they are in a league of their own!
